Immunotoxicology

Immunotoxicology is defined as the study of adverse effects on the immune system resulting directly or indirectly from environmental, occupational, or therapeutics exposure to chemicals, biologic materials are collectively referred to as agents. Immunotoxicology provides information on suppression of the immune system which might be due to repeated exposure of test substances like antibodies, immunotoxicity, natural killer cells. Histopathology and decreased the weight of immune organ may also indicate the evidence of immunotoxicity.
