Cytotoxicity is the study of toxins present in the immune cells. Cytotoxicity assays are used by the pharmaceutical industries. Cytotoxicity can be measured by sulforhodamine B. Assays can beperformed on the same cells in order to reduce assay-specific false positive ornegative results.
