Michal H. Wrobel is currently Associate Professor at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn (Poland). He earned his MSc of Biology at the University of Warmia and Masury in Olsztyn, in 2002, and his PhD in Faculty of Biology from the University of Warmia and Masury in Olsztyn, in 2008. In his thesis work he pioneered the adverse effect of chlorinated xenobiotics (polichlorinated biphenyls and pesticides) on bovine myometrial contractions. After completing his MSc, Michal H. Wrobel accepted a position as Assistant in Department of Cattle Physiology and Endocrinology of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research, Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2009, he accepted an Associate Professor position at the Department of Physiology and Toxicology of Reproduction of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research, Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2011 he was awarded with individual Bielanski?s Prize by Association of Biology of Reproduction. Michal H. Wrobel has 24 refereed publications.
